Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after 1 p.m. or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day. Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to the Republic of Ireland, the EU or any other destinations outside the UK.

Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to severe weather, strikes or disruption to Royal Mail services. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at admin@gorillalpha.co.uk so we can help.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Supplements must be returned sealed and unopened. Once the packaging seal is broken we cannot accept returns.
