Shipping policy

At Gorillalpha Supplements, we're committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipped via Royal Mail.


We now ship all orders via free 24 hour tracked royal mail delivery. Same day dispatch when you order before 1pm. In most cases your order should arrive next day however sometimes there can be delays at royal mail which is out of our control


We also offer shipping to EU and other international locations, with additional delivery costs and times varying by region. Customers are responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be applied.


We're not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the UK.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Supplements must be returned sealed and unopened. Once the packaging seal is broken we cannot accept returns.
